Lunar Code Tech ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and what rights you have under the GDPR/AVG.
What we collect
Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself: name, email address, project type, and your message. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics that collect personal data.
Why we process this data
We use this data solely to respond to your message and, if we work together, to prepare a quote and later an invoice. The legal basis is your consent (on submitting the form) and, for an agreement, its performance.
Retention period
Contact form data is kept only as long as needed to answer your query. Invoice data is kept in line with the Dutch fiscal retention requirement of 7 years.
Sharing with third parties
We never sell your data. To run this website and handle email we use the following processors, which process data solely on our instruction: Railway (hosting), Supabase (database, EU servers), SMTP2GO (sending email, EU servers) and Cloudflare (DNS and forwarding incoming email). Where applicable, invoice data is shared with our bookkeeping.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at info@lunarcode-tech.com to exercise these rights. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
