Terms of Service

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements, and work carried out by Lunar Code Tech, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK).
Quotes and agreements
Every engagement starts with a tailored quote describing scope, timeline, and price. An agreement is formed once the client confirms in writing (email).
Invoicing and payment
Invoices are sent as agreed in the quote and comply with Dutch VAT law. Unless otherwise agreed, payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date.
Delivery and acceptance
We work in short, visible sprints. Delivered code and products are deemed accepted unless a written objection is raised within 5 business days.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant engagement, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, ownership of code developed specifically for the client transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.
